What you get. A written analysis naming where your organisation is still working by hand, what automating that work would be worth in cost or in capacity to grow, and the two or three changes to make first, in order. Specific enough to act on whether or not you work with us.

We say what you can do without us. The analysis separates what open-source and Odoo Community will cover on their own from the work where advisory or implementation earns its fee, so you see the whole range before committing to anything.

A person reads every answer. If something is missing or unclear we come back to you before writing, rather than guessing.

Six questions are required and the rest are optional, each one making the analysis more specific. There is no charge, and it arrives within five working days.

The work it points to can be part-funded. We are issuing ten credits of €5,000 towards a first engagement, covering up to half the invoice.
